Why does energy matter?

Our energy affects how we feel and what actions we take.

People connect with us because of the energy we send out.

Our energy is more than just the physical tangible one we can feel.

It’s tangible and intangible. The intangible energy is what we sense. Intuitively we can sense a flow, a constriction, or a block.

What affects our energy?

Many things. It’s not just wanting to feel better or working harder.

Energy is the result of what we are thinking, feeling, and telling ourselves. And our energy is influenced by our environment.

We can raise or deplete our energy.

How can you raise your energy?

Start these practices to increase your energy physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

  1. Use Breathing Techniques: There are numerous powerful breathing techniques. My favorite one is box breathing.
  2. Practice Gratitude: Gratitude is one of the highest forms of energy we can feel and send out. Think about or write down five things you are grateful for every morning, during the day, or at night.
  3. Start Mind Reprogramming: Clear your mind of negative mind-chatter and replace it with positive affirmations. Check-in with yourself and replace the negative thoughts or self-talk with the opposite – the positive.
